End of week

I know its Thursday, but for me its a Friday since I have tomorrow off.
MidSouth con is this weekend and I'll be heading there. Not really looking forward to it, too much drama from all sides of my life has made me a bit harsh. When I get harsh I tend to go into defense mode waiting to be attacked again.

Got word, another rejection letter. I think I'll start keeping score. heh
Not sure who I'll submit to next, I'll go through my list tonight.

Work is still work. No need to belabor that. CB still wants formal meetings, but at least he holds it in check until he thinks there is a lack of communication. Course when he even suspects there is, he's lightning fast to jump in and set that up. Amazingly he won't step up to other responsibilities though.. really dissappointing.

I'm trying to stave off a bit of writer's block. I've been down a bit and its sapped my inspiration a bunch. Still working on various stories.. put a new Episode out for Spec Ops, hope people like it. Who knows.

Monday again

I think I need a vacation or something. Maybe its the weather, its turning spring and the pollen is coming out, which means my allergies take a beating. Not heard back from Reflection's Edge about my short story, but they have 2 more weeks until I email them. I'm working on a couple of other manuscripts but its slow. I think I need to get away from things for a bit. Get away from the monotony. I don't cope with monotonous routines very well.

Well back to work again I guess.
